Staff are friendly, especially at the breakfast restaurant. Most
reception staff are friendly and helping. The location is excellent. 1-2
minute walk from Alexanderplatz station where underground, tram and city
train can be found. There are many places near by that rent bikes
including the hotel itself. There is Alexa shopping mall 2 minutes away

Just spent the first two days of our Honeymoon here in Berlin and stayed @ The Holiday Inn Alexanderplatz. Hi, I stayed at your hotel as I was running in the Berlin half marathon. On a practical level everything in the hotel worked well and was spotlessly clean. Everything. The staff were so helpful. They upgraded our rooms to one bed apartments. Which were amazing with everything you could wish for in inc tv in both bed and lounge. We loved the Adina, and will definitely try another of their hotels in other destinations. The room was really well laid out. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept on, and the bathroom was spacious. It was so easy to get to restaurants and places we wanted to visit. The staff were utterly charming and the check in and out were swiftly and efficiently dealt with. One of the best features was the bar. We gathered there every evening with our friends, and again after we had visited

Ανετο δωμάτιο, ζεστό και φωτεινό! Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση από το προσωπικό και φοβερή ευκολία ο σταθμός του ΜΕΤΡΟ, μόλις 50μ. από το ξενοδοχείο. Η όλη δομή του ξενοδοχείου σε βοηθάει να χαλαρώσεις πραγματικά. - ωραία and άνετα δωμάτια, ησυχία της τοποθεσίας, εύκολη πρόσβαση στα μέσα μαζικής μεαφοράς

40+ couple. Stayed in twin/double room for 2 nights. Ideal as a base. Next to gas station if driving. Quiet sound proofed rooms, clean, open 24hours, value for money, friendly and helpful staff. Ηταν διπλα στον u-bahn και ετσι οι μετακινησεις ηταν ευκολες και γρηγορες παρολο που και περπατωντας ηταν ευκολο να μετακινηθεις προς το κεντρο,αν εχεις ορεξη για βολτες. το ξενοδοχειο ηταν πολυ καθαρο και πολυ καινουργιο. Επισης το ισπανικο εστιατοριο απεναντι ηταν πολυ καλο - απλό ξενοδοχείο...εύκολη πρόσβαση σε ταξι και μετρό..είκοσι λεπτά με τα

We had a problem with our room (it was smelling smoke) and people from
reception had a quick and nice reaction, they changed our room, thing
that we appreciate a lot. Breakfast is quite good with a german touch
(muesli, german delicatessen and german cheeses, german bread).
This is a really confortable hotel (beds and comforters...).

The staff was very helpful in providing excellent restaurant recommendations within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel was situated within walking distance of Museum Island and the Nikolaiviertel so sightseeing was easy. Having a subway station across the street gave us convenient access to the rest of Berlin.

Absolutely excellent hotel, which is definitely on 5 stars level, helpful staff, ideally clean and nice designed rooms. Generally, the hotel was much better than expected to be.
If I'll be again in Berlin, I'd stay there again and highly recommend this hotel for others.
The only weak point is the "arty-farty" restaurant with very short menu and

Excellent location, <5 min walk to Gendarmenmarkt and 5min walk to German Dome. Closest metro stop is Hausvoigtel which is on a great line and can take you (without changing lines) to the Zoo or Ku-damm (shopping area). Wifi is free, stable, and reasonably fast. Hotel rooms are very well appointed and smart. Some great dining options closeby like Chipps for breakfast. All in all would stay again - really a nice hotel.

It was an amazing price/ quality ratio. We had a wonderful, huge apartment for a price elsewhere you wouldn't even get a broom closet. We were amazed about the luxurious comfort and the full equipment of the suite. Specially the kitchen had everything from a fridge, micro wave to a washer. You could have moved in there for living.

Very nice design hotel - nice big room - good location close to U-bahn, restaurants and close to Alexander Platz (10 minutes walk). Quit area.
Free wifi - worked best in the lounge. Will absolutely stay there again when returning to Berlin !

very nice hotel. great location - easy access by foot, bike, metro, car. Good breakfast - a bit expensive if you consider feeding the whole family :-) Only rated "good" for comfort because of the constraction which is currently is going on in a backyard. -

Convenient location close to Ostbahnhof, the train station able to connect you to every major sight in Berlin.
East Side Gallery is 5 minutes walk, with O2 Arena and Radialsystem V in the vicinity too to provide excellent concerts.
Clean simple room and ok beds. -
