Staff are friendly, especially at the breakfast restaurant. Most
reception staff are friendly and helping. The location is excellent. 1-2
minute walk from Alexanderplatz station where underground, tram and city

Just spent the first two days of our Honeymoon here in Berlin and stayed @ The Holiday Inn Alexanderplatz. After getting off the train and going in to a nearby tall hotel to ask for directions to The Holiday Inn, after the way I was treated by 3 members of staff of that hotel by just asking a simple question, it was pleasure to know that we had not booked to stay and that hotel and instead had opted for The Holiday Inn. We arrived well before check-in with the intention of only dropping our bags until the advertised check-in time.. The hotel is cozy, comfortable and quiet. Nicely located in East Berlin, it's minutes away from Alexanderplatz, underground and some of the most famous Berlin monuments. Nothing to complain about here. Staff is superb. There's no breakfast at the hotel - my best advice here is to go to Alex restaurant (located in the bottom of the TV Tower), you can get buffet breakfast for 7 euros every day from 9 to 12. In the evening you can have dinner round around the corner in a couple of very nice german

Hi, I stayed at your hotel as I was running in the Berlin half marathon. On a practical level everything in the hotel worked well and was spotlessly clean. Everything. The staff were so helpful. They upgraded our rooms to one bed apartments. Which were amazing with everything you could wish for in inc tv in both bed and lounge. We loved the Adina, and will definitely try another of their hotels in other destinations. The room was really well laid out. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept on, and the bathroom was spacious. It was so easy to get to restaurants and places we wanted to visit. The staff were utterly charming and the check in and out were swiftly and efficiently dealt with. One of the best features was the bar. Ανετο δωμάτιο, ζεστό και φωτεινό! Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση από το προσωπικό και φοβερή ευκολία ο σταθμός του ΜΕΤΡΟ, μόλις 50μ. από το ξενοδοχείο. Η όλη δομή του ξενοδοχείου σε βοηθάει να χαλαρώσεις πραγματικά. - ωραία and άνετα δωμάτια, ησυχία της τοποθεσίας, εύκολη πρόσβαση στα μέσα μαζικής μεαφοράς

Ηταν διπλα στον u-bahn και ετσι οι μετακινησεις ηταν ευκολες και γρηγορες παρολο που και περπατωντας ηταν ευκολο να μετακινηθεις προς το κεντρο,αν εχεις ορεξη για βολτες. το ξενοδοχειο ηταν πολυ καθαρο και πολυ καινουργιο. Επισης το ισπανικο εστιατοριο απεναντι ηταν πολυ καλο - απλό ξενοδοχείο...εύκολη πρόσβαση σε ταξι και μετρό..είκοσι λεπτά με τα

We had a problem with our room (it was smelling smoke) and people from
reception had a quick and nice reaction, they changed our room, thing
that we appreciate a lot. Breakfast is quite good with a german touch
(muesli, german delicatessen and german cheeses, german bread).
This is a really confortable hotel (beds and comforters...).

The staff was very helpful in providing excellent restaurant recommendations within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel was situated within walking distance of Museum Island and the Nikolaiviertel so sightseeing was easy. Having a subway station across the street gave us convenient access to the rest of Berlin.
