Perfect mixture of luxury hotel, holiday apartment, and home! People were very friendly and a welcome package with some food and drinks was waiting for me. Upon request I even got a bike to use during my stay for free. Sound isolation was very efficient. Absolutely no noise could be perceived from the busy road. It was spotless clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything you can ask for. If I ever go to Cologne again, this will be the place to stay!.

A cleaning and/or laundry service is available on request and for an additional charge. A fully refundable security deposit of 100 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages. Rental bicycles are available for an additional fee and are subject to availability. Please note that this apartment accepts prepaid credit cards as payment, but will take a refundable deposit of EUR 100 for security purposes.
