Incredible place! Barbara and her staff made our stay absolutely wonderful - we hated to leave! Our room was beautifully decorated in traditional Bavarian style and our room had a breathtaking view of the Alps. The food was fantastic (beer, too!) and the nightly entertainment was the icing on the cake. Can't wait to go back again. I highly recommen
... τι λέει ο κόσμος » d the Gasthof Fraundorfer. - We liked everything about our stay. The free breakfast was wonderful. I was rarely even hungry for lunch. The staff was warm and helpful. The location was fantastic, right near everything so that we didn't need to take the car anywhere.

Rooms/bathrooms were so clean they appeared as if we were the first to stay in them. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. - We had a triple room (2 adults and2 small kids) which was very comfortable and spacious.very good breakfast. lovely garden for kids to play

Excellent location in the middle of the city, with great parking in the back of the hotel. We had a family room, which were two double rooms with shared hall and shared bathroom. This was the neatest place we stayed, and is really what I had envisioned about Bavaria. Quaint and well maintained building. Adjoining family rooms were big and were perfect for us and two grown kids. Great view from balcony. Very quiet and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is great. Very good restaurant, both dinner and breakfast. Just good all around. Enjoyed it.

We loved everything about Hotel Hilleprandt. It is a cosy hotel in a perfect location for walking and exploring town. Peaceful location; only a short walk into town and near enough to walk up the mountains and valley. We did some fantastic walks from here. Excellent breakfast. Klaus and Christianne were great hosts and very helpful for advise on what to see and how to get to various places. The room we had was very comfortable with a balcony that looked out to the Zügspitze. Breakfast was also very good. It was good to be able to get a hot drink from the dining room during the day. The town centre of Garmish was very close as was the train station.

A beautiful small hotel located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Garmisch about 10 mins stroll from the centre of the town. The hotel was extremely comfortable and ideally located. We were at the mountain in 5 mins each morning to ski. Breakfast was very good and we were well fueled for the day. It is an ideal location winter or summer to enjoy the Garmisch-Partenkirchen area.

The room was clean and comfortable, the view from balcony was excellent. Breakfast buffet had lot of variety and was simply deliciuos. Staff was very friendly. Finally, the hotel location could not be better, it is surrounded by nature (located in a hill) and very close to town.

The price was excellent, the rooms were nice with pleasant balconies. The bathrooms were very modern, the lobby had nice couches, vending machines for candy, coffee and beer, and the breakfast and dining area were superb. We received free bus transportation (after paying the 2EUR city tax per person per day) and the bus stop was close to the hotel. It was super easy to navigate the town this way!

This family-run, small hotel is the perfect stay for a skiing vacation! The bus stop for the ski shuttle is about 3 min walking distance, and the shuttle bus ride takes about 5 minutes. I go to Garmisch frequently and this is the best gastehaus that I have ever stayed in. Our room (Daniel) was on the first floor and had nice furnishings and a new bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Breakfast is served in a glass sunroom and had very nice variety. The owners are wonderful and made calls for me to check the openings of various sight

Her network among local restauranteurs and retailers was outstanding so she was always very helpful to recommend the perfect restaurant or shop for our family needs. And she kept our sense of value in mind, and helped us avoid tourist traps. If there was a way to vote for "Innkeeper of the Year" I would vote for Manuela Thier.
