Can't believe it's "only" a three star hotel! Have been to several four star hotels which don't reach the standard of this one. Staff was exceptionally welcoming, efficient and also fluent in English. Room was spacious and modern. Ordered a light bite in the bar at night, and were served an excellent Ceaser sallad. The price was incredibly good for the room we received. We had an appointment early next morning and needed a place to sleep next to the Frankfurt Central Station. We were gladly surprised with how clean everything was and the attention of the front desk. We have already planned our next stay there for a connecting flight we have to take in Octobe

Great location, modern and clean, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, free internet and printer on a PC near reception. Free internet via LAN cable in the rooms (do not forget to ask for a LAN cable). Luggage room is available, you are given labels for the bags left. Your luggage safely locked in a special room.

The Hotel is really very good, in a very good location (on foot 3 min away from Hauptbahnhof and 10 min from Center), very clean, quiet enough, cheap, staff was polite.
I really did not find anything bad in this Hotel and of course I recommend that to everybody who want a good place to stay without spending a lot of money!!! -

the staff were all very helpful and friendly, there was an excellent guide to frankfurt available from reception. the breakfast was very good quality with good selection of cheese, meats and bread. The staff were the most friendly that I have ever met in a hotel. Fromthe multi lingual receptionist right down to the breakfast staff wishingeveryone tcheuss in the morning. Clean, comfortable, good tv selectionand flat screen. Free internet. The not for profit mini bar wasexcellent, ie 1 euro per beer, drink or snack.... You get a greatbreakfast

The breakfast was excellent, and this was the only hotel with air conditioning and flat screen TVs and FREE WIRELESS (and we stayed in some 4 star hotels). The rooms are slightly small, but this is to be expected by European standards.

Hotel is literally at the terminal station of the tram 17 which takes you to Hauptbahnhof in less than 15 minutes. I've stayed in many hotels in the suburbs of different cities, and this was one of the closest to the public transport.
Huge double bed! Nice bathroom.
Flat TV - USB friendly so you can play movie from your portable/flash disk.

Friendly night staff - we arrived really late (5 am) and there was no problem with the check in. -
Everything was perfect. We arrived very late (2am) but were well received and the rooms were ready for us. The rooms were clean and the beds VERY comfortable after a long trip on the road. Pity we couldn't stay longer.
