The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Though we don't speak German, their English was so good that it was never a problem. I would highly recommend this hotel to others, especially because the location was also very good.

We had a great stay from the very start. At check in the lady gave us loads of information about the best Christmas markets and was really welcoming. The apartment itself was clean and a really decent size. It's location was the best thing; virtually at the entrance the the Alte Market Christmas Market and the huge ice rink on Heumarkt. There are

We stayed for 8 nights, during a trade show, with our two small dogs. The room was really good. You have a fridge, and a kettle, and a lot of storage space, and a nice bathroom with proper bath. The staff was very accommodating, giving us a remote room where our dogs did not disturb anyone even by chance. The location is 15 min walk from the main

The hotel was booked with some trepidation as the location, using google street view, looked uninspiring. It is on a fairly busy road junction, but our room on the 6th floor was very quiet. The hotel stored our cycles in a store room inside. Facilities at the hotel were superb ... a well appointed kitchen with dishwasher, sink, and all the basic utensils plus bedroom and separate small lounge area with couch, tv, desk and small table. Great location for exploring the town.

the staff was very kindness, the breakfast buffet was very good and with a loto of things, the staff can also prepare foods that aren't on the buffet.
A PC with an internet connection is available for all the customers. - Close to tram to City center, value for money, parking, excellent room accomodation and helpful staff.

Excellent!!! - The room was very large, which was great, the sauna/steam room facilities were excellent, and the fact that it stayed open so late was brilliant. Breakfast was also very good, staff very helpful and pleasant.

The staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful, could not fault in anyway. Location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the Dom and HBF. The location, the staff, the atmosphere... - Proximity from the U-Bahn station (~200m), though in the night it might be tricky to find your way because trees obstruct the view. Maybe there should be a small description how to get to the hotel from the station?
