The staff was very helpful and friendly and even washed my hoodie, returning it to me within a few hours without charge. (The weather was unseasonably cold during our visit). The room was elegantly finished and very comfortable, with a nice outlook and a quiet location at night. We could see Cologne cathedral through the window and hear church bells in the morning. Hotel is very clean and very well situated close to the center of the city and close to the metro. The staff was extremely professional and helpful. - Very good restaurant with enthusiastic people, hosts even. The hotel is very close to the Dom and was very very easy to reach by car.

Small, but lovely room. Staff nice and truly friendly. A really nice, clean, comfortable hotel. Excellent value for money. - I loved the buffet breakfast. The staff were very kind and friendly. They recommended a park to go running and the hotel is a short distance from a great running route.

It was very clean, well-located and quiet. The close proximity of the city and the abundance of public transport were also very important.
