Η οργανωση του προσωπικου - Hotel was easy to reach by road, it was a little out of town but there was a tram stop 10 minutes away, which would take you into the city in 10 minutes. - Had lunch,stayed overnight with excellent breakfast. Visited the city

I loved my room. It was big, the beds were really comfortable and although the room looked a bit old, it was clean and I felt there like at home. The staff of the hotel was also nice and helped us as much as they could. I also can't forget the breakfast. For free breakfast it was truly amazing! Overall great value for money! The price was fantastic for it's Location we went to the Christmas Markets which was a lovley walk over the Rhine river (Bridge) about good 15-20 min casual stroll. And a fantastic Bakery near Hotel less 2min walk that you must try. Staff were very friendly and customer service as fantastic. We loved our stay at hotel. Expecially the Hotel was a place to sleep not to sit around in.

Loved the location of the hotel which is so close to the DOM Cathedral, the Rhine River (which extends to 4 countries) the city center with shops, pick up point for city tour and Cologne's tourist center. The room was as advertised, clean with all required amenities. Breakfast
was awesome with a wide choice of hot and cold food and beverages. Staff
was really welcoming and helpful plus they offer you as much fruits as
you want and one free bottle of water daily, which was really fantastic.
The location is also just a 5 minute walk from the Dom and central
station plus there is a metro station just in front of the hotel. Great
experience and hotel!

the staff was very kindness, the breakfast buffet was very good and with a loto of things, the staff can also prepare foods that aren't on the buffet.
A PC with an internet connection is available for all the customers. - Close to tram to City center, value for money, parking, excellent room accomodation and helpful staff.

Great value and location, just a block from the Newmarkt transit hub and the main shopping district. The manager was very congenial and helpful. Hearty breakfast included. Would definitely stay here again. -

A very good hotel for our last night in Germany. Close to airport, we were greeted at the door and treated very cordially by the gentleman in charge, directed to a restaurant for dinner and served a good breakfast in the morning. The hotel is in a good location for transit to Cologne. It was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic! The bilingual staff were helpful and friendly. The owner was above-and-beyond in every capacity of client service. I grew up down the street from the hotel and came back for the first time since childhood and she took me on
