You should be aware that this is not a hôtel and not Bed&Breakfast (as there is no breakfast), it's the appartement in the city house with 2 rooms and very small kitchen in one of the room. The situation of the appartement is in the center of the city, but with the view on some dirty areas of the Koeln. The parking HeuMarkt is very close and cost only 15 euro a 24 hours. This is a great apartment right in the center. It has got everything a traveller will need, it's fully equipped. It's really conveniently located - all the city attractions are nearby. Very friendly staff too! Highly recommended!.
Very lovely unit and considerate host, with everything you could expect, e.g. umbrella, coffee machine, chocolates, etc.

- it was very noisy with the police intervention during the night party in the clubs and casino
- not very nice view from one of the room
- very-very small kitchen and fridge are situated in one of the room, no separate area as salon in the appartement
- be carefull, there is no elevator, you have to go on food to the 3d floor.
A llittle bit small for 4 people like us, no living room, kitchen is combined with another bedrrom. Though it wasn't really a problem actually.
The unit is located beside a pub, it might be good for some party mates but not us.

the stairs which lead to that apartments - when it is evening there are no lights in the entrance and I sprained my foot.
Because of many bars on the street open till over midnight, street noise could be disturbing. However, windows in the appartment are good, they mostly eliminate the noise. So, for us it was not a problem, because we were too tired and slept well.
No Lift. As it is an apartment if can not come at exact time, it will keep you waiting outside until you call owner and he comes from somewhere else. Also the described direction from central station to apartment is not good one. There is easier way to reach this apartment. Very noisy even at week day night.
Water went quite slow in the bath.
4 stairs is long with a heavy suitcase, but the guy with the key was friendly and offeed his help.
