Staff was very nice and helped me with internet access when I didn't have a laptop with me - The bed was incredibly comfortable. The pool facility was clean and much appreciated (used daily). The hotel is located right beside the main station and you are given the city ticket that allows you to use almost every mean of city transport for free. The huge range of food is offered during the breakfast and everything is very tasty.
