  I was actually amazed by the hotel. I hadn't expected this standard at all. The bathroom was just beautiful! And I have a particular bee in my bonnet about hotel bathrooms. It was the best hotel bathroom I've ever had the pleasure of using. Breakfast selection is fabulous, ranging from the usual cold buffet, cereals etc but also omelets made to order, bacon, sausages etc. Location is ideal for sightseeing by foot - Gestapo HQ, Berlin Wall etc only 10 minutes away, but of course you can also hop on/hop off the sig

  The the location of this hotel was amazing, Located halfway between Checkpoint Charlie and a remaining portion of the wall with a great exhibit. The hotel was new and very clean but I had a few problems which I will give in details on the next section but the hotel staff adjusted my bill to reflect these issues and were very courteous.   We had a problem with our room (it was smelling smoke) and people from reception had a quick and nice reaction, they changed our room, thing that we appreciate a lot. Breakfast is quite good with a german touch (muesli, german delicatessen and german cheeses, german bread). This is a really confortable hotel (beds and comforters...). Well located... τι λέει ο κόσμος » (5/10 min from Museum Island, 10 min from Alex / Postadamer platz by Ubahn+walk, 20 min by walking from Brandenburg Tor). - The staff was very helpful in providing excellent restaurant recommendations within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel was situated within walking distance of Museum Island and the Nikolaiviertel so sightseeing was easy. Having a subway station across the street gave us convenient access to the rest of Berlin.
