  Although the accomodations were basic, they were a very good value for the price. The Touristenhaus Grünau is in a quiet residential neighborhood on the outskirts of Berlin, a few blocks from the Grünau S-Bahn station that provides convenient access to the entire city. - It is situated in a really nice, green and quiet area just on a river.   Our double room was very simple, only two beds in the room. However, the room has air heating and external window. The breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly and willing to help. The hotel has a good connection with train and tram to city center, and in near by area there are big supermarkets and MacDonald.   I really like the time that I spent in this hostel. The location is very convenient and close to the historical center of Berlin. So You can go by foot for sightseeng. Especially I would like to mention the great breakfast which is so useful for a traveler! =) - Staffs are friendly and very helpful. Price is incredibly low.
