  The attention to detail in everything. I felt like I was at home and could really relax. My room was immaculate. They even cleaned the dust off the pipes under the sink.   We had a nice night here before leaving for home after a 10 day trip in Germany. The hotel had a great bar (literally any alcohol, wine, beer we could think of) and the restaurant looked nice though we didn't eat in it. Novotel exceeded our expectations, especially the helpful staff... they allowed early check-in, were instrumental in resolving a problem with returning our rental auto, made wonderful dishes in the restaurant, provided great room service, carried six heavy pieces of luggage, and assisted with a WiFi issue.
