  the decpration of the room - Super convenient way to position yourself for a very easy transition to the airport. Great staff and good, late-night eating options....even has an outdoor eating area looking over to the terminals that is oddly pleasant. Easy to turn in rental cars after you just check in...just out the parking gae to the left, follow Ausfahrt...down the spiral ramp (a bit carefully)...Look for ar - The hotel was amazing! So very luxurious. Everything you could ever need was right there for you Mp3 connections in rooms, free wifi, music/tv being played in the bathroom, toiletries, iron, hairdryer even an ice bicket and corkscrew! The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Just Amazing! The hotel is a small walk across the the car park and a short train ride from Hamberg central from the train station in the airport! Next time I go to Hamburg I will be staying at this hotel.

  One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Very pleasant staff and rooms are fantastic!   A good hotel with easy access to the S Bahn and only a 15 minute walk to the centre of Hamburg. We had a business class room on the 16th floor overlooking the city. It wasn't overly big, but it was comfortable enough. The bed was particularly comfortable.   The staff was very friendly and very helpful with directions. Location was excellent: 3 closeby train stations and very central, beside Alster lake, closeby touristy spots. The rooms were new, very comfy beds (difficult to leave the room!) Price was reasonable for the convenience.
