This basic, quaint, but comfortable farmhouse B&B is some 3km from the nearest village, which has a superior restaurant. I received a warm welcome from the proprietress, who was effusive with her appreciation when, having unpacked in my ground floor room, I agreed to change with an elderly couple who could not manage the stairs. A very nice breakfast was provided of fresh bread, croissant, a selection of jams, juice, yoghurt and ample filter coffee.
