Guests are kindly requested to contact the agency directly after booking to obtain instructions for the key collection. This meeting has to be arranged 24 hours before your arrival.
Please note that if a second appointment has to be set, the agency will charge an extra EUR 100 fee.
Check-in between 21:00 and 23:30 is possible at a EUR 60 extra charge.
No check-in is possible after 23:30 and 9:00.
For check-in on Sundays the agency will charge a EUR 50 charge.
A contract will be sent by the agency before your arrival.
Please note that the damage deposit will be preauthorized on your credit card at least one week before arrival. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
