This hotel is really "value for money" Very Clean with 24/7 Reception. The heating was constantly on and the whole room looked like a new modern and neat student accommodation.
The only thing I did not like is that you had to walk a good 10' to reach the nearest tube station. And the fact that it did not include breakfast although they told us we had all the things we needed to make it ourselves, they never renewed our breakfast stock.So we had supplies only for one day. It is a really minor drawback though.
The hotel itself was flawless. Rooms looked new, not worn down. Perfectly clean, comfortable, and all the amenities you can expect in this price range. The staff was helpful and easy to communicate with. The location is filled with restaurants and cafes (although, in Paris, this is usually the case), and it is reasonably close to the metro (5-7 minutes at a brisk pace). Also very close to Sacré-Cœur, so ideal for tourism in general.
The bathroom was absolutely tiny. Didn't cause problems for me, but large people or people with disabilities may have an issue. The neighborhood is not exactly very safe or clean, especially in the area around Bd. Barbès. Fine during the day, but after dark you should at least be wary.

Hotel is new and everything is clean. The room was cleaned every day. The staff were nice. The location is great, near to metro 4 station and Basilica. Near the hotel there are supermarkets, post office, cafes, bakeries.
We didn't have closet nor hangers in room so if you plan to stay for more days and have a comfort ask for other room. We've been in double room that was in attic and it was very small. But since we were there for 3 nights it was just fine.

The staff was very friendly. The room was equipped with a small kitchen and a tea pot which was very helpful. The area was quiet at night, but noisy during the day. Good location.

The staircase!! The tiled floor . Very clean. the staff were all friendly and helpful. busy local community, didn't feel too touristy even if not too salubrious an area!
No-one mentioned breakfast -still don't know whether it was an option. We never found the cheap parking, and paid double what we had been expecting. The rooms were very small but okay for one or two nights. the bathroom wasn't really adequate.
Loved the hospitality of the front staff! Loved how close to Gare du Nord it was (2 stops on metro), room was clean, pillows and bed were soooo comfortable!!! They kept our luggage for us when we checked out! Great stay!

The staff are friendly, the accommodation is spartan but clean, great location for younger nightlife and restaurants. Wonderful view of Sacre-Coeur lit up at night just across the road from floor 6.
Few too many dubious characters near the metro at night to intimidate the less hardened traveller.
