The room was clean and comfortable, the staff friendly, and a handy location.... close to the Metro. It was a little difficult to locate, but that was my own fault for not researching the maps adequately. It was very clean, quiet and comfortable. And the receptionist was really friendly.I liked very much the cleanliness and good organization. Very clean, well situated to reach town and the train stations, had an ensuite toilet and lift, nice building. όλα τα σχόλια »
Friendly and helpful staff, easy access to metro, charming and hospitable neighbourhood. Hotel is close to Metro, and immaculately clean. Room was small butperfectly adequate.Nice staff, close to metro, clean. Nice location, a lot of small cafes and shops around, friendly stuff, nice room - not very big, but very comfortable.1 price , 2 location 3 value for money. it was close to the center of Paris, just a few minutes by tube. many different restaurants and shops in the district. nice staff, always helpfull and very friendly. reception open 24/7. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was handy for metro and interesting little shops and bars within easy distance of hotel. location next to the metro. Close to train station. free wifi, clean room. The area was good, the beds were neat and made every day, and new towels each day in the bathroom - there was an ensuite bathroom with our room for 3 people. It's location and close proximity to shops, restaurants, bars, brasseries and above all the tube were superb. There was also a lift which helped us, being on the 5th floor. Represents a very good value for money - I don't think you can get anything better for 50-60 euros in Paris. The neighbourhood is not too bad - although if you walk from Republic sq, it leaves a terrible impression. Please keep in mind that rooms for 50 euros don't have a shower - you need extra 10 euros for a room with one.Staff were friendly. However, u may find it difficult to communicate in english. The location is superb and very near to metro station from where one can go to any corner of the city. Do not take food at hotel. There is a macdonald about 100 meters away, near the metro station where one can enjoy meal at a reasonable price. great location, very close to nice restaurants and cafes, and easy access to attractions in the city centre. Friendly staff, and clean. Reasonable size rooms for a central location hotel. Free wireless internet. quick and easy check in and check out.Very helpful deskstaff. Close to Metro for ease of getting around. Good location, close to two metro stations, good value for money.clean room and very kind staff. very diligent cleaners . Clean. Native Paris neighborhood, not a tourist part of the city. It's a nice hotel with a good location for that price. good position near to underground. not too far from city center. Friendly atmosphere. The room. The staff was friendly. The location is perfect. Metro stations are a minute's walk away. Cafes and shops all around. The hotel itself was a bit shabby but that's what you get in that price range in Paris. The rooms are small but comfortable with everything you need.Location was good, just a few stops on the metro from all major attractons. Supermarket, shops and bars nearby. balance price/location (EUR 37 for single room in September/2 mins from metro, 20 mins to the city center). In general I liked the hotel and the room I stayed. The room was nice, clean and tidy. its located quit well, very good located near the metro. location of the Hotel is easy to reach. english speaking staff. helpful staff, clean. the location is favourable, it is cheap. free internet. amplacement. Area is nice; the hotel is very basic and could have been priced still less. comfortable to get the center both walking and by metro. A good place to lie down. The room was a bit small. It could have been cheaper for what was provided, but I guess that's not easy to find in Paris. Tv choice is very limited. Badly placed toilet roll holder made thetoilet difficult to use.Front elevation was under construction so there is no view from a window. The sink's plunger (controlling the sink's plug) didn't work, only 1 power point. The daytime staff was friendly and spoke English. The night staff was terrible - they get some set of instructions from management and are scared to violate those. So, on the first night we came at 2 am, wanted to get to bed, but the receptionist coulnd't allow us to - and couldn't delay the discussion till the morning. The same the following night - they needed my signature on a form (in French). Rooms and toilets were a bit tatty (old and a bit mouldy). No in room facilities to make a cup of tea or coffee (a kettle in the room would have been handy – may be they have on request but we did not ask) noise from other rooms (doors shutting, toilets flushing) kept disturbing through the night (but if you are tired enough they would not matter). Lack of shower in room, however, for the price of the room, which I was only using to sleep in, it was adequate. No bin in the room, only two coathangers in the wardrobe.the hotel was in reconstruction, there were no informations about in on web. small rooms and old. The lady checking us out on the 30th. Staff speak English not very well, it's a headache to find a parking nearby. It was hard to communicate in English. The room (double) was a bit cramped, but that is standard in Paris. So I hear. extra charge for breakfast. It is all right as the price is cheap. The receptionst's late night (or was it early morning?!) call to check if I wanted breakfast or not was a bit disturbing.Hotel is quite dated, could do with decorating. Also, noise from other rooms was clearly audible from rooms on the same floor. no bath or shower in entry level room, no soap in the bathroom, dirty towels, no bank cards accepted (broken terminal). the only disadvantage I can mention is that the shower room was far away downstairs. the rooms were quit noisy.. lots of noise from neigbours, and a really important point i didn't like, when the alarm went off nobody came by to tell it was a false call... bad point for safety!!!. false alarm happen at around 03.00 am on my 2nd night. nothing to hang douchehead on. interiors outdated a bit, there was no pillows in my room. No kettle or tea or coffee making facilities or hair dryer. The fact that it only had net curtains. very difficult without common access to the bathroom. the tv was not working. in the room it was too cold.after the shower you can get frozen in few minutes. The place provided for stay was very small as compared to the prices. Moreover the ambience was not that great. The rooms was small and the smell of the hotel.I was there in the hotel with my Wife and son, at the time of checkin wetold them that we all will be staying in the same room. They did not sayanything that time about extra cost. But at the end they charged 20 eurosmore. We told them that we have not asked for any additional bed and stillwhy are you charging but they did not oblige. The bathroom was pathetic. no shower/bath in the bedroom (on the 5th floor); only place to take a shower was on the ground floor, for an extra 4 euros - that was not made clear while making the booking.. bad form.douche cost 4 euro !. The was the dirtiest and worst hotel experience I have ever had. If this hotel is still on letsbookhotel.com I would advise you to stay clear. Lowest of the low...
