Studio Nice Etoile is situated 50 metres from the shopping street Avenue Jean Médecin. Nice Train Station is 1 km away and Nice Côte d’Azur Airport can be reached in 20 minutes by car.

Excellent communication from the apartments operator company staff.
The first apartment we rented was in every way perfect: condition, renovation, equipment, location.
Great location. Very secure and walking distance to everywhere in NIce, especially Old Nice.
The second apartment we tried was way too small to feel comfortable, also too much noise coming from the street (which could be cut off by closed window - but no AC is provided), some equipment was missing or didn't work. όλα τα σχόλια »
My confirmation did say, in small print, in French, that I needed to call to arrange pick up of the key. But I didn't see it and hadn't called.
Also, this location is central, but was hard to find due to the strange street address.
Dont expect a hotel. It is a studio, nobody to check in with. Be aware that there is no street address on the building, nor a way to get in to the gated parking lot. I had to wait over 3 hours at the street corner for somebody to show up with a key and thats after making numerous phone calls to figure out where and who should let me in.
There is no hot water. The studio was not cleaned from previous guest. It is small and has no view other than a window to the inner courtyard.
