The security deposit will be used to cover any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay. It is set via a pre-authorization (Visa and Mastercard only). Cheques or cash will not be accepted for the security deposit. The pre-authorization on your Visa/Mastercard will be released after your departure, following an inspection of the accommodation. American Express and holiday cheques are not accepted. Only Euros are accepted for cash payments. The cleaning fee is mandatory and not included in the price.
