If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. From 04/07/14 to 24/08/14, room rates include: accommodation, all taxes and charges (excluding local tax), 1 TV, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning (except the kitchen area and the washing up). Also included (1 week stay minimum): • Free access to the resort's public indoor swimming pool and fitness centre • Access to the resort's entertainment during the day and evening • 1 Valley multi-activity card* per person (from 3 years old) per week giving free access to numerous leisure activities for children and adults in Val Thorens and Les Menuires resorts * not refundable if the pass is not used. Pierre & Vacances independent partners For stays up to 6 nights, beds are made upon arrival and check-in is possible from 14:00 and check-out should be before 12:00 (according to availability, they may be possible until 17:00). For week stays (7 nights minimum), beds can be made upon arrival for an extra cost per person. A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg, is available at the property at an additional cost of EUR 40. The kit includes: 1 cot, 1 high chair, 1 stroller, 1 changing mat. Subject to availability. A guarantee deposit of EUR 200 per apartment will be charged on the day of arrival and should be paid by cheque or credit card. The location of the accommodation can be reserved straight after booking by calling the property. Please note that location preferences are subject to availability and at an additional cost. For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.
