For all guests staying in an apartment, a security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival, this is to be paid separately with EUR 250 for the accommodation and EUR 50 for cleaning. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. For all guests staying in a room, a security deposit of EUR 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals for the rooms. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Bed linen, towels and the final cleaning fee are included in the price. Please note that a baby cot is available upon request, subject to availability, for an additional charge. The seasonal swimming pool is open from April to the end of September, depending on weather conditions. Evening entertainment is provided throughout the year offering cabaret, karaoke and other shows. The swimming pool is heated from April to September.
