I liked the hotel and I like Best Western chain in general. Reception is
open 24/7 (which is not a must in Finland at all), breakfast is
good, the room was big enough and comfy enough, wi-fi was functioning.
Closer to 4 stars I'd say. They wrote that parking has to be paid
extra in the description, but it's free on weekends. Payment

I have been staying at this hotel for several years and enjoyed it. The hotel offers spa, healthy food both for breakfast and at the restaurant, splendid interior design. The staff is responsible and polite. It takes you 20 minutes by bus to the centre. The hotel is situated in a quiet area far from noisy traffic. Natalia from Russia

A well designed modern hotel with all the comforts one would expect from a four star chain hotel. The pool and gym are very well equipped, the restaurant very good and the rooms a good and comfortable size. Breakfast is damn rich! Clean cosy rooms, comfortable beds. Staff was very polite and helpfull. Sauna has a rich view to the park and far ahead, pleasent feature. - Garage is free of charge, a tasty breakfast, a view from the window, availability of city centre

We just needed a quiet place where we could cook food, and rest between shopping and sightseeing, without carpets on the floor. Since we both have to avoid certain foods, the cooking and opportunity to keep food cold was essential. It was very cheap compared to other self-catering options, and the windows effectively shut out noise from the streets. There wasn't an endless party going on as in some hostels.
