It's a really good location - we arrived by bus in the late evening and the way to the building took us about 15-18 min. To the Old Tallinn the way was about 10-15 min as well. The hostess met us in front of the house with keys, she spoke English and Russian and was realy friendly though we arrived anhour later than we expected. Very nice location close to city center. Price is budget friendly and good value for the money. The room had a small kitchen which was useful. Quite clean, not perfect but ok. Big parking area is close to the house and dogs were welcome for free.
Just 10 minutes to walk to the old town. Very simple arrival from Piarnu direction. Cheap parking across the street (speak with staff about DAILY payment by mobile phone!). Budget room and inventory, but at this place for this price - excelent!.
The really nice apartment, everything is functional and you feel almost like at home. Location is really well, close to everything. Really quiet area. We liked it very much.

One minor problem for us was - rather narrow beds. Probably other people wouldn't find it a problem at all.
The meeting procedure is a little bit complicated if you do not have a local phone to call.

Only a small thing, but the locks when you are trying to get in are
crazy. You have to jiggle about with the handle and the key at the same
time. I thought I would have to phone for help the first night.
We had problems where to put our things (no shelves for our numerous baby staff :-)).

W need to fix the arrival time because there is no real reception.
We hoped that our appartment was much larger,because we saw another foto in letsbookhotel.com.But it is not bad.
The floor was definitely not clean, the room definitely needed some renovation, cracks on the windows, windows themselves like from 1960s, double bed was in fact a sofa, but OK it was big enough. No water basin in WC, everything very cramped.
The beds they were SOOOO uncomforatable.

Too many furnitures in a tiny little room. The double bed and the
furnitures took all the place. Outside the door in the passage, a lot of
things made it almost impossible to get in and out the door. In case op
fire, it would have been troubling.
