  The hotel staff were always very friendly, helpful & professional. The view from the room ( 19th floor in my case ) was splendid, over the harbour and the sea beyond.   Best hotel of the world, exellent, pretty service, comfort, I have beenin luxury 5 star with less quality than this one.. My room was the beatI have ever had 26th floor with amaizing wiews to Tallinn Harbour,desing of new hotel and room fantastic..
