The services are perfect , also I did ask for Semiramis hamburger for the room as a dinner it was perfect , delicious and very big one . Also that chief and bread woman in the breakfast hall , they were amazing

Staff are fabulous. They serve you before you even think to ask them. I ordered room service and one of the dishes I didn't like its taste, but I just left it and my friend ate hers. When they got back the table, and saw that I haven't eaten what I orderes, they called me to ask what was wrong with the dish and I simply told them I didn't like its

The staff at breakfast are -
probably the best location possible in cairo, right on the nile (just a couple of blocks away from tahrir square and the egyptian museum). i felt safe in the hotel..despite the revolution going on (with guns and tanks and protestors) just a couple of blocks away. :) the hotel security was good (with extra guards and metal detectors at the front entrance). also, the roof-top pool was very nice and welcoming.

The location of the hotel was wonderful, right on the Nile with wonderful views of the river, it was also within walking distance of the Egyptian Museum and Cairo Tower.
It was very pleasant sitting in the floating bar/restaurant and watching the world go by on the river.

- Impressive spread for breakfast; the chef who made juices went out of his way to please our children
- Great room service for food

- Tour recommendations and guides supplied were good.
- Impressive views of the Nile

The courteous and efficient staff (and for being in Egypt, they werenot looking for a tip every 5 minutes!).The rooms were clean, luxuriousand had all you needed.The views were amazing! I liked about everything in this hotel. It was very clean, well situated, the staff was correct and friendly and the room was very quiet (not always so in Cairo). - The room, hotel staff very helpful and kind, I was made to feel very welcome and would stay with this hotel again.

The staff is terrific. The pool area is nice. we had a junior suite with two rooms and two balconies overlooking the Nile. I highly recommend upgrading to a suite if you can afford it. This is one of the best hotels in which I have stayed in Cairo. The room was lovely and very well-appointed. It was quiet. I particularly appreciated the very helpful and friendly staff, particularly the woman who cleaned my room. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting Cairo.

Staff polite and attentive (special thanks for Christinne at the reception, trully a pleasure to deal with). Good breakfast at the main restaurant. Passing judgement on a hotel in Egypt in a time of crisis is tricky. Do
you commend them for maintaining standards when there are few visitors -

excellent position,to sights cafes just outside hotel, staff friendly, spacious rooms, cleaned daily, breakfast continental and arabic, but having two fussy eaters, they ate from buffet - The location and value for money. Our room was upgrade and the view overthe nile and Cairo was fab.
