  It is hard to know where to begin describing what a wonderful time we had staying at the Osiris Hotel when we visited Cairo. It might be best to start with the staff. They were always genuinely cheerful and helpful. When we planned our trip, we purposely picked small family run hotels for our stay. We are a family of four (two girls ages 11 and 15) and we sh - The Osiris Hotel is in a perfect location close to central Cairo but off the beaten path enough to be quiet. The view of the city from the balcony is great. The staff is excellent; the whole place exceptionally clean; and the decor is wonderful. I am a female solo traveler and felt very comfortable here.

I got a room with 2 beds w - As a backpacker, staying at the pvi was a luxury, but all things considered, this hotel was very inexpensive for the regular traveler, and to be honest, they could charge a lot more and get away with it. The staff was absolutely fantastic, friendly, efficient, genuinely helpful. The breakfast was not of my liking, as it was too greasy, with cold fries/chips, but a typical Egypian meal- not necessarily bad. But what this hotel extra special is the view. Without any doubt, they have the best roof

  Friendly and great, central location. Really want people to stay and enjoy the Hotel. We arrived by train and the Hotel then free of charge allowed us to take a taxi at their expense to the Cairo Airport. This Hotel deserves to be recognised for its 'caring about your stay' and showing the 'best side of Egypt'. - Very helpful and friendly staff.... τι λέει ο κόσμος » Hotel located on top floor of building. Could be hard to find. But once there, very well located to all of downtown Cairo attractions. Great value for location.

Paris Hostel is a very nice place, well decorated, confortable, safe and the staff are amazing. The owner will give you all the recomendations to walk around or help you find a driver for you. I recomend ask everythin - Nice hotel, very close to Tahrir Square, metro and the National Museum. A lot of stores and restaurants close. The owners, twin brothers, are really friendly and help with all your questions. They let us leave our bags for an extra day, during a trip to Alexandria. The room isnt very confortable, the bathroom is small and when you use the shower, all the bathroom get wet. Other than that, great hotel.

  The staff were very friendly and I even had dinner with them. I liked the free wifi access. The place is in the mist of a lot of great shopping and you have a lot of restaurants, banks etc. The stores do not close until midnight. I did not mind hearing people outside. - Location is great, wifi in the room and modest breakfast.

  The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. The owner also went out of his way to help us adjust our reservation and make the most of our time in beautiful Cairo. In terms of location, Zamalek, is the best place to stay for a traveler in Egypt, because it's close to great restaurants and sites. I would definitely stay here again.
