It's a huge hotel with many restaurants. But it is beautiful. I had a lovely room, big enough to hold a dance in, and the bathroom was a dream. I stayed in the Towers extension and would highly recommend it. The half board package was great. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
The bars with life music offer good distraction.
The restaurants offer good food.
The hotel is close to the airport and they offer a shuttle bus. They will come and pick you up at the airport and arrange your visa.

The island of Zamalek is the best location to stay for a city trip to Cairo as Zamalek is like a green oasis in this hectic megacity. This is one of the best hotels in which I have stayed in Cairo. The room was lovely and very well-appointed. It was quiet. I particularly appreciated the very helpful and friendly staff, particularly the woman who cleaned my room. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting Cairo.

The courteous and efficient staff (and for being in Egypt, they werenot looking for a tip every 5 minutes!).The rooms were clean, luxuriousand had all you needed.The views were amazing! The Hilton Ramses staff were friendly welcoming and helpful.
Great location near the river Nile. The Hotel is very close to the famous Cairo Museum too and you must visit.
Our room was very clean and comfortable and had everything needed for an overnight stay.

still unstable. In fact more violence erupted there only 2 days after I
left. However the staff did not let this affect their professional &
efficient performance. They made me very welcome & comfortable &

Breakfast was super, with several choices and all very tasty. The room was very well furnished, comfortable and cozy. Very nice bathroom. It has direct access to the mall, thus very convenient if you need any purchase (even Carrefour is there).

There was an issue with the card room key system when I arrived - the staff was quick to provide a solution. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful. -
I was amazed at number of good restaurants and variety under one roof. Each restaurant had its own beautiful ambience, decor, lighting, and excellent food.

The staff is terrific. The pool area is nice. we had a junior suite with two rooms and two balconies overlooking the Nile. I highly recommend upgrading to a suite if you can afford it.
