Staff and management very attentive and friendly in general. Mr El Tahir from the management team in particular spent a lot of time ensuring that standards were high and guests were comfortable and well looked after. The staff were excellent from reception right through to the cleaners,they were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. Plenty to do if you wanted or you could just relax, lots of things for the younger kids too. Facilities were good including shops at hotel were you could buy gifts and any essentials you need. Food in restaurant was varied and good.

the resort is 15 min drive from the center of Hurghada. it is very nice place, big , lot of green areas, many swimming pools but the deepest is 160 cm. there are 3 hotels for the same owner in the same area..the garden, the beach resort and the palace all for Albatros group. some facilities are available for all the guests and the others are restr

Huge and wonderful place, i loved the 5 amazing restaurants, especially SI OMAR is the best and has very friendly staff, clean room, big beach, wonderful Aqua Park, very suitable for families and their kids, very safe, romantic nights, green areas, 5 mins check in, funny animation team, different snorkeling and diving programs, i was very worry before i go especially from treating the Egyptians, but really the staff was nice with me. Very good experience for all inclusive package, i recommend

The pool was fantastic ... I had two pools to enjoy not only one. The night show was fun. My kids had nice places to play. Playstation is available along with X box and wii in addition to the internet cafe. Ping pong table and billiard was also available. The gym was fun. I will definately come again -

The quiet location along with the green landscapes and water scenery all around is a soul vitamin really :))
Enjoyed the food /resturant varities and ecxellent quality, polite helpful staff - specially Mostafa in Tajin resturant . The animation team is amazing , the aqua park , i enjoyed precious moments at the amazing jungle aqua park.
