-the staff is friendly and cooperative. -food is good. -swimming pool and beach are very good. -the room is comfortable. I liked the hotel and the beach. I would recommend the hotel to my friends, but I will advise them not to eat there. very clean room friendly staff buffet was pretty good. Breakfast and Dinner. Pool, Cleanliness. Wonderful pool...nice food..cool staff.

I didnt like that the beach is far and at breakfast it was very busy and there were no tables. Beach was faraway from the hotel. Very high price.. rate of exchange of USD is higher than bank rate...beach is minimum 25 minutes on maximum speed... 10 minutes is a big lie should be modified.. wide variety of food.. very poor bakery .. low quality patissurie..juice was awful...grilled chiken was of low quality.... Food didn't have varieties and music on the pool was very bad. 1.No chairs in balcony. 2.No shampoo in bath room,room serviceand front desk did not respond to our request. 3.Some flies existed in the restaurant . A very bad room service, staff aren't that experienced enough. When I entered the room for the first time, I haven't found any towels; I asked for towels and I recieved them after 1hr and a half. there was alot of flies and mosquitoes. - beach was too far (15km) away from the hotel, and the beach is not owned by Hotel - hotel didn't inform clearly that it is not allowed to have my own meal on beach, and I have to buy from there.. No sea view, small swimming pool. Bad view, far from the see. Location and Resturant size. Long distance to the beach Food. Very bad location on the other road of the sea Beach about 20 km away the other side . Pool are not sunny as the building block the sun. Food are not good at all & no variety . For sure will never go back !!!. poor facilities in the room industrial compound , how swimming pool between staff building ? no entertainment, un-testy food no view for the hotel only industrial buildings very far from the sea inside tuilipe about 25 min by car. The food was aweful and no alchohol on the beach. the food. Food was pad location is far away from sea. Staff are rude me and my cousin went to the hotel for some relaxation I started to receive harassment calls mentioning my cousin and I was afraid of someone come to my room for physical harassment and I responded to administration to solve this problem but unfortunately they did nothing very bad food. view,location;cleaness,conditioning,very bad treatment of general manger,my visa was stolen in the hotel ,very bad food and house fly on salade,no private beach .i went to tulip country beach which is 25kilo away in a minibus and very bad timing. I checked out one day earlier and would like to reimburse my money !!!! 1- isolated location not enough signs except the personal help of the sweet staff with v.poor English 2- quality of everything is very poor 3- the same floor mops should not be used to clean the dinning table 4- extremely noisy (staff +pool side entairtainrment) 5- rooms smelled, linnens are so rough And smelly 5-shower and sink clogged. Everything. Everything.
