Casa Juaquin is a gem hotel! I travel frequently, and must say that it is one of the best hotels I ever stayed in. It is a European style hotel in the new city (La Mariscal) of Quito. Dirk and Bolivar made our stay very pleasant. They gave us the feeling of home, were there always to help, but definitely knew the line and did not disturb us. Our room was very pleasant. Beds were very comfortable. Internet connection was very good. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Room and hotel was very clean.
όλα τα σχόλια » The hotel is everything a good hotel should be. Many personal touch on the customer service side, always go out of their way to be helpful. Everything in the hotel is top quality and tastefully decorated. Breakfast - Real coffee if you a real coffee drinker - served with fine China. Great strong shower. Great location - you can basically walk to both new and old town and many restaurant. Otherwise, the hotel will arrange a cab for you usually like $1 during the day around the city or $2 at nigh. Awesome Hotel. After a week in the Galapagos, my wife and I were eager for some western comfort. This hotel delivered. It's finishes and ammenities made us feel pampered. They even have several channels of English- Speaking tv. A walk from the front door to the very center of Plaza Foch takes approximately 90 seconds, so dining and entertainment are very close but with it's location around the corner and it's double windows, the sounds of the lively district will not disturb you. Police are eve. We had an excellent stay at Casa Joaquin Boutique hotel. The hotel is brand new, everything about it has been tastefully done down to the last detail. The rooms are impeccable and breakfast is fantastic. It is conveniently located 2 blocks from Plaza Foch with a variety of restaurants and other amenities. The staff is wonderful and kindly tended to all our needs and questions. We stayed 3 nights and left to travel nearby. The hotel stored our luggage and we couldn't wait to come back. Highly r. Wonderful hotel, best I have stayed in during 8 months of travel. Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, great shower, delicious breakfast - all served by the fantastic staff, which is the hotels best asset. So friendly and helpful, I can't thank Dirk enough for his assistance with a business matter at a very late hour, and his professionalism can't be faulted. There's also a great roof garden space which is a nice feature, and the lounge and bar areas are pleasant. I recommend this without hesitat. The hotel was great. As was the location. Steven and the 2 girls were so helpful with everything . From dining to what to do each day. The owners had taken a couple of well dersired days off I understand. And Steven & the girls took over & did a great job. From a great breakfast. To suggestions for dinner. Helped with everything. Like eveyone has said made you feel at home.Thank You Steven!!! Hope you were able to take a couple of days off. You our a very hard worker. And practice y. This is such a charming hotel in a great location, close to all the restaurants and bars. My fiance and I stayed here our last night in Quito and wished we had discovered this hotel sooner. From the moment we arrived, we knew we made an excellent choice. Walking into the hotel, we almost forgot we were in Quito and felt more like we were in Europe. The owner was very kind and helpful and speaks perfect English! The wifi works great! We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to. This hotel is excellent. We were a bit apprehensive about staying in Quito and choose the tourist friendly area of la Mariscal. The area is good but parts are run down,as you would expect in Sourh America. This hotel is like an oasis, the place is very luxurious, with classy decor and beautiful rooms. The staff are excellent, very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is great too. We liked the place so much that we booked two further nights for after we visited Banos. The location is great; there are nice restaurants, bars and cafes nearby. It's a busy area, but our room had double glazing so we were never bothered by the noise. The room we had was beautiful with angled walls and stylish furniture. The service we got from the staff was impeccable. They were lovely, helpful and knowledgeable about the different restaurants and attractions that Quito has to offer. The breakfast was also very nice. The owner and his staff go beyond to make your stay comfortable. They give you their personal attention. The first day I had to iron a blouse to go to a dinner, and asked to borrow an iron. Instead, the owner had a staff iron it for me. The location is good, around the corner is mariscal, where the bars, restaurants and night life is. Great hotel, all round. Friendly staff who are willing to help out with whatever you need. Great rooms, the place is new so everything is perfect, superb decor. When walking into this hotel you fell like you are in europe. A lot of thought was put into the decor. In the midst of the nightlife sector and yet very quiet. Kind staff and very tastefully decorated. Service was good and the staff. Sylvia, Patricio and Diego are excellent. As a us citizen, I have become accoustomed to a mini-fridge, a clothes iron and a larger trash can. Nothing - everything exceeded my expectations. Nothing, we had a great stay. Nothing, was an awesome stay. there was nothing I did not like. Street was a bit ragged around the edges! Not a major issue and I'm sure it will become more refined over coming years. Room was a bit small and dark. Nothing not to like!. No elevator, no 5 stars definetely!. I would recommend management put in a small refrigator, another waste basket and an iron in the room. Extremely expensive for a country like Ecuador where you get nice rooms starting at USD 25.-. I think bathrooms have been decorated for men only. They need a day- light bulb in the mirror. Also, a large mirror and drawers in the bed room will help. Remember: Women are also your guests. women are guests too.
