  The staff was friendly and spoke good English / Swedish / Danish. The location is good. It is located very close to a metro station and it only takes 5 minutes to go to the airport and 10-15 minutes to the center of Copenhagen once you are on a train.   A beautiful site. Relaxing and tranquil. Mainly geared to the spa treatments rather than tourists. Near train station (but not noisy) so easy to reach Copenhagen or Helsingor.   Our interactions with the staff were all positive. They had a little game and balloons for kids as you checked in, which was a nice touch. Everything in the room was clean and in working order. It featured a large variety including hot options, cold cereal, and the typical European meats, breads, and cheeses. Finally, the location isn't too - conveniently located just outside the city centre, it's an ideal location for visiting Roskilde and the Copenhagen region. our room was clean and very quiet.
