All we can say is "Wow"! We had 6 adults and 2 children under
age 2 with us. The apartment at Malostranska Residence was over the top
for what we were hoping for. We loved it!

Nicole and her staff were extremely friendly and helpful the appt was beautiful inside very clean and well furnished the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was modern and spotless very well positioned for tourists highly reccommended. The weather was very wet and Nicole was so helpful in finding and booking suitable restaurant for us . The taxi transfer which she arranged was also first class and good value reliable . Kresimir sent us email before out arrival to arrange transportation and meeting time. Once we arrived and meet at the apartment, he showed us what's in the apartment, then gave us a few minutes to rest, then took us for a walk around the area. Kresimir showed us the bakeries in the neighborhood, took us to a very fair currency exchange place, an

- Located at the old town sq hence was very central.
- It's only about 15 mins walks from Staromeska metro station (less if you know the way to the apartment in advance)
- Well furnished apartment (wide screen TV, couch, Laptop in room, strong WIFI, a big bed per person).
- Kitchen has all the utensils you'll need
- Bathroom is spacious, has a washing machine, hair dryer, soaps/shampoos etc. Warm water always available.

We loved everything about the Alchymist. We had original booked at their sister hotel but because we were travelling in a group of four there wasn't enough room so the upgrade us to this hotel. All I can say the staff were excellent, I emailed on how do we get there from the train and they sent a driver to pick us up and it was complimentary. The

Kudos to Albina and Alex did an excellent job and treated us like part of the family. The service was superb along goes with the beautiful magnificient hotel it surely was a very pleasant stay. It's a home away from home fantasy dream come true in luxury.

So I messed up the booking... but they were amazing sorting it out! We got there and we realised we booked for the weekend after. The apartment house was full, but they had rooms in the hotel and they sent us over not making us pay a penny. Amazing people, great attitude! Thanks, Guys! -

Liked all the usual bits - nice apartment, comfortable, quiet and modern.
The real standout was Vaclav, the Manager. He is a real gem. We had the misfortune to pick up a puncture in the wheel of our hire car. Vaclav noticed it , and without us asking, volunteered to help. So that our stay. In Prague was not affected, he did the whole thing for us

We were pleased to have so much assistance from the staff. Not only were
they friendly and open but also helpful with some practical issues. E.G.
The owner Vaclav after we had checked out drove us to the city to his
friends hotel, where we could leave our bags and use their kitchen. He
showed us around the area. We had almost 5 hours before the flight,
therefor we needed to know some places near by the metro, like a good
restaurant, a playground for our kid and an Internet cafe where we can
