Everything. We could not fault one aspect of the hotel. Staff extremely pleasant, helpful and attentive. Hotel immacuately clean. Decor excellent. Food delicious. -

A superb hotel. The decoration, ambience, comfort and friendliness and efficiency of staff all made this a really memorable stay and one we would like to repeat sometime. Excellent restaurant and pianist during dinner and a large selection for breakfast in addition to a menu if the buffet does not have what one wants. - With One Word: Perfect!! We

Also the Spa was excellent (the best we've visited!). Also the restaurant, and the breakfast: Excellent! Everything was Perfect!

Lenka and Tanya were beyond amazing. With Lenka's knowledge of where to dine, ( we had dinner 3 times at the cozy 'Little Whale'. The food was outstanding. Everything! The room was very spacious and the whole hotel was beautifully finished. Breakfast was very good. Location was perfect, being close enough to all the main sites but being quiet enough to get away from the crowds. Being a smaller hotel, it felt like very personal service and attention to detail. They also brought us a bottle of wine when they knew it was my husband's birthday which was a very lovely gesture.

The apartment was very nice and clean, looked exactly like on the pictures. The cleaning lady showed up every day and did a very thorough job. The staff is extremely helpful. The location in Nove Mesto is within 20 minutes walk to major attractions, but there is also a subway station and a tram station nearby. -

We loved that the rooms of this apartment are separate and discrete, nothing bothers your sleep. The furniture is new and the apartment seems to be recently renovated. We appreciated, that there was a kitchen at the apartment – we saved a lot of money by cooking and not eating out all the time. The price was adequate. Overall the value for money ratio as great and I can definatelly recomend this apartment.
