We stayed in a building adjacent to the hotel. The room was spacious
even for us standards. It was exceptionally clean. The staff was not
just friendly but went out of their way to help us. Martin and Milan
were exceptional. They located a fly shop in Prague and gave us
instructions on how to get there. The restaurant was very good and we

All we can say is "Wow"! We had 6 adults and 2 children under
age 2 with us. The apartment at Malostranska Residence was over the top

Nicole and her staff were extremely friendly and helpful the appt was beautiful inside very clean and well furnished the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was modern and spotless very well positioned for tourists highly reccommended. Kresimir sent us email before out arrival to arrange transportation and meeting time. Once we arrived and meet at the apartment, he showed us what's in the apartment, then gave us a few minutes to rest, then took us for a walk around the area. - It's only about 15 mins walks from Staromeska metro station (less if you know the way to the apartment in advance)
- Well furnished apartment (wide screen TV, couch, Laptop in room, strong WIFI, a big bed per person).

- Bathroom is spacious, has a washing machine, hair dryer, soaps/shampoos etc. Warm water always available.

We booked a three night stay at this beautiful hotel just before Christmas and it was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in.
The location is perfect, right in the centre of Prague with both the old town and the new town on your doorstep.

All the staff very professional, very gently, looking always in your

Liked all the usual bits - nice apartment, comfortable, quiet and modern.
The real standout was Vaclav, the Manager. He is a real gem. We had the misfortune to pick up a puncture in the wheel of our hire car. Vaclav noticed it , and without us asking, volunteered to help. So that our stay. In Prague was not affected, he did the whole thing for us
