We loved everything about the Alchymist. We had original booked at their sister hotel but because we were travelling in a group of four there wasn't enough room so the upgrade us to this hotel. All I can say the staff were excellent, I emailed on how do we get there from the train and they sent a driver to pick us up and it was complimentary. The

Kudos to Albina and Alex did an excellent job and treated us like part of the family. The service was superb along goes with the beautiful magnificient hotel it surely was a very pleasant stay. It's a home away from home fantasy dream come true in luxury.

The Santini Residence is an absolutely wonderful hotel. This small hotel is located in in an area most convenient to major sites of interest in the city. But I am certain I saved the best for last...as I have stayed at many hotels throughout Europe - Santini Residence without a doubt has been the most pleasurable. I will be back for sure.

Everything. We could not fault one aspect of the hotel. Staff extremely pleasant, helpful and attentive. Hotel immacuately clean. Decor excellent. Food delicious. -

A superb hotel. The decoration, ambience, comfort and friendliness and efficiency of staff all made this a really memorable stay and one we would like to repeat sometime. excellent service, great location - to the centre of prague providing easy access to the center, to central old town square and other destinations, clean rooms, many facilities ( free internet access, fruits) - The staff were of the highest standard and could not do enough for you.

Service was pretty good. At the time of check-in, we were provided w/ city map, city guide and tour information that was really helpful for us, Prague beginners. And also the location is marvelous. We could see the old town square and the road of King from the room and felt we’re just in the heart of Prague. - Almost everything...

- Early Check in - Late check out (it is not a myth!!!). Got the room very early (7.00 am) and left the room at 8.00 pm.

You can also reach the Old Town with a lovely 15 minute walk across Charles Bridge. The atmosphere of the hotel is very good with all the staff making you feel very special and welcome.

find a bit dark & gloomy, but it's entirely a matter of taste,
it completely fits the name and the oriental trend of the hotel + it

Fantastic rooms. Great design. Very cool atmosphere. Great bathroom. Complimentary prosseco with breakfast. Those who commented on the lighting system being complicated may be a little technophobic. It was pretty simple and took no time at all to understand. This would rate as one of the best hotel experiences for us. They raise the level from Ritz Carlton and Shangri La on the basis of atmosphere and room design alone.

This is a truly excellent boutique hotel, perfectly positioned close to the Old Town in Prague. We are seasoned travellers as this hotel is one of the best we've stayed in. It rates 4.5 star by international standards. - We were upgraded as it was our 25th wedding aniversary and we were greated by the staff with a bottle of champagne and flowers.

The staff were incredibly hospitable and accommodating. We had a small problem with the room which was allocated to us and they immediately sorted the problem out for us, in a friendly and polite fashion.

It was absolutely lovely. The staff was gracious, made us feel welcome. It felt like old world charm. Of course it was expensive but it was definately worth the price.
