The staff were incredibly hospitable and accommodating. We had a small problem with the room which was allocated to us and they immediately sorted the problem out for us, in a friendly and polite fashion.

The location is excellent, walking distance to just about everything. Good restaurants, sight-seeing (the astronomical clock) shopping, metro and on-again/off again bus.
The hotel breakfast is also a wonderful way to start the day, as it a complete breakfast with lots to choice from. -

Opposite the shuttle bus stop that brings you/takes you to the
airport, next to a large supermarket, very near the metro, very
comfortable beds, tea/coffe facilities provided with large mugs,
bathrobe, slippers. Possibility to open the bedroom window for some
fresh air. Excellent choice for a stop in Prague -

Apartment was excellent. We had a two bedroom and two bathrooms which suited our requirements. From the moment I booked I was contacted by the apartments welcoming me asking if I required any further information. Each time I emailed requiring advice it was replied. It was Luxurious and very good value for money. Well positioned to the metro so made it easy to go into the city. We enjoyed this hotel so much we went back the following weekend. Best hotel to date on our Europe trip and the best price - I highly recommend. - Very good location. connetected to metro, convenience to anywhere

Hotel Location: One of the best, only one minute walking distance to the center of old city. Also one minute walking distance to Metro Station.
Hotel Staff: Smiley helpful and looking for your comfort.
