  The hotel staff is very cooperative and very kind. I can say I was treated as a queen there. The rooms are clean and comfortable, I was brought a kind of complimentary cookies upon arrival which made very nice impression. There is a small gym, infrared sauna whirpool and solarium. Rooms are very well made and an extra effort is made at all level. Probably the best hotel experience I had in Central europe.

  Good spacious room on top floor, street noise from pubs in street below not noticed at night. Had left some camera memory cards behind in room, contacted hotel and Katerina from front desk sent them on to us. Top marks for that! - Great location, well appointed rooms, clean, friendly staff, comfy beds.

  Don't look much from the outside, but is very nice inside. Absolutely a hotel and restaurant to recomend if your trip goes to Ostrava. A little outside the centre but with trams right outside the travelling is easy and cheap. I've heard that it's one of the best hotels in Ostrava at a reasonable price.   Very close to the Festival Colours of Ostrava. Hotel looks a bit old - heritage from the communist era. Room was clean. Carpets were a bit old. Good size bathroom. Breakfast was excellent. Parking is charged extra. Staff was helpful and let us check out late. WIFI was good. No aircon, but not much of a problem. I would stay again. Price was a bit ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » high, but nothing exceptional. A tram stop was about 50m from the hotel. Hotel was easy to find. - Close to where I was working during weekend. The single room was sufficient for one person. It was nice and quiet. Nice set up of breakfast, but not much consideration for people with different eating styles.
