Very friendly personnel, always ready to help;
perfect location just in the centre of the city;
lift is available;
daily change of towels;
a bar and a vegetarian cafe are downstairs, and a supermarket is next door to the hotel.
Room was really clean and actually looked better than in the pictures on letsbookhotel.com. If you just need to spend one night there, it's good value for money.όλα τα σχόλια »
Great location, right in old part of town, market right next door. restaurant was good. in-room bath always a +.
Decent price. Welcome in English. Cleanliness. Geographical situation.
Convenient for centre.
Nice location, directly on old marked place.
Nothing.
TV-Programmes were only in Polish and Czech;
slow and irregular internet;
lack of household belongings for a longer stay, e.g. kettle, hair-dryer, towel for feet.
Worn out.
Facility is dated, smells like a ash tray throughout. Best WiFi in lobby, bed had to be repaired as it collapsed.
Plaster peeling off the lower portion of the wall near the window, covered with squares of wall paper with thumb tacks. Needs renovating.
No service of room from Friday till Sunday. Bad internet connection with frequent interruption. Poor quality bedding.
Uphill drag from railway station - Staff not at their post when I wanted to check in which was within stated times - waited 15 mins, nobody there, annoyed had to call them up.
This is a very large old Hotel in desperate need of renovation. This
could also motivate the staff to be more hospitable. Having said that,
this principle could also apply to the town generally. The town that
should be a show case for the Czech car industry but is not.
