We were looked after by all staff...they went above and beyond especially when we turned up to the wrong location and when we managed to lock ourselves in on check out. Thank you Eugenia!!   Hotel Rott is in an excellent location, I don't think we could have got a better location if we tried. The staff were very friendly and gave us a map of Prague upon our arrival. The reception man asked what sights and attractions we wanted to visit during our stay and he showed us the best way to get to each place on the map. The rooms were clean and very spacious and comfy. Also if you are thinking of stopping here then you could not ask for a better location as it is right in the heart of the centre, Old town square is only 30 seconds away and charles bridge 5 minutes.

  Loved this hotel! We have stayed at hotels all across Europe and these beds were by far the best we have ever slept on! The staff was wonderful and allowed us to have an early check in and late check out. They were very accommodating for our 8 month old baby! Location was fabulous! Highly recommend this hotel! - Staff were very friendly, helpful and there 24 hours a day at reception which was really good. The breakfast was nice and we got a glass of sparkling wine with it (it's never too early for wine)! The bed was comfortable, the room had a minibar, safe that was free to use and a hairdryer. The location was excellent and we also had free wifi!

  The location is excellent right in the middle of Prague for tourists. The rooms (I stayed in 3 different rooms) were of different prices and sizes, all 3 rooms offered good value for their price.   Η πρώτη εντύπωση στην είσοδο του Ηοtel, ήταν απογοητευτική. Όταν όμως μπήκαμε στο δωμάτιο μας, έπαθα σοκ!! Ηταν απίστευτα ωραίο, καθαρό, ευρύχωρο, με πολλές παροχές, το κρεβάτι αναπαυτικό, το μπάνιο μοντέρνο και άνετο (με μια υπέροχη τεράστια μπανιέρα), ενώ όλη η διακόσμηση του δωματίου θύμιζε βασιλική σουίτα.   Overall this was a wonderful hotel. Jan at the front desk spoke excellent English & was extremely friendly & helpful, very patient as we bombarded him with questions. Also close to - Location couldn't be bettered. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, speaking very good English and Russian. Good facilities, with free tea, coffee and juice provided throughout the day and evening. Buffet breakfasts good, especially croissants which were better than many I have tasted in Paris.
