  This hotel is right on the square with incredible views of the Astronomical Clock, Our Lady Before Tyn Church, Christmas Market with its amazing tree and decorated bridge. We were in the middle of everything. Breakfast was also very good with such friendly ladies working there, cooking you eggs and meat to order. We had one dinner at their outside (in 20 degrees with snow but with heaters, warm blankets and super glu - Probably one of the best positioned hotels in Prague. Right on the square, with an abundance of restaurants and attractions, and easy walking distance to the Charles Bridge. The Heritage building had enormous rooms and high ceilings. In contrast, the bathroom (shower only in our room) had a space age feel to it. Good water pressure and quite roomy. The cave like jazz club under the hotel away from the bustle of the Square, was an interesting option for drinks and dinner with entertainment.

The staff was very helpful. - The staff were efficient, the room was beautiful. The view: spectacular! I highly reccomend! I booked this hotel on account of it's location in the old city centre and was surprized to find the hotel as admirable as the city itself, adding to our overall experience. I look forward to my return. A+

We were looked after by all staff...they went above and beyond especially when we turned up to the wrong location and when we managed to lock ourselves in on check out. Thank you Eugenia!!   The most amazing thing was the location. It was in a kind of court with restaurants and nice gift shops... And 30sec away from the old town square. As a female solo traveller... For my first solo trip, this was perfect. I felt really safe and it made my experience really enjoyable. Room was massive and beautiful. Tbh there were 3 double beds - This was a gem of a find - very close to the old town without being caught up in the tourist trap necessarily. Being secluded on a quiet square with a view of the Tyn Church, the nights were very peaceful and the beds were the largest I've ever seen (exceptionally comfy as well).The bathroom had a large shower and bath as well as heated floors - which was a pleasant surprise on a cold autumn morning. Breakfast was a good standard of a continental style breakfast. Hotel also offers help setting

  The apartment was very large; a lot larger than we had expected. The personnel was nice, honest and helpful. They recommended some nice restaurants to us. The hotel was located in an excellent area; close to everything but yet not in an extremely loud neighborhood. The breakfast buffet was amazing.   One of the best hotels we stayed at during our entire tour of Europe. Hotel was clean, lovely rooms with very high ceilings, good shower/bathroom and an excellent breakfast. Definitely our favorite hotel breakfast from the whole trip.
