Probably one of the best positioned hotels in Prague. Right on the square, with an abundance of restaurants and attractions, and easy walking distance to the Charles Bridge. The Heritage building had enormous rooms and high ceilings. In contrast, the bathroom (shower only in our room) had a space age feel to it. Good water pressure and quite roomy. The cave like jazz club under the hotel away from the bustle of the Square, was an interesting option for drinks and dinner with entertainment.

I booked this hotel on account of it's location in the old city centre and was surprized to find the hotel as admirable as the city itself, adding to our overall experience. The most amazing thing was the location. It was in a kind of court with restaurants and nice gift shops... And 30sec away from the old town square. As a female solo traveller... This was a gem of a find - very close to the old town without being caught up in the tourist trap necessarily. Being secluded on a quiet square with a view of the Tyn Church, the nights were very peaceful and the beds were the largest I've ever seen (exceptionally comfy as well).The bathroom had a large shower and bath as well as heated floors - which was a pleasant surprise on a cold autumn morning. Breakfast was a good standard of a continental style breakfast. Hotel also offers help setting

The apartment was very large; a lot larger than we had expected.
The personnel was nice, honest and helpful. They recommended some nice restaurants to us.

Fantastic family appartment. Huge space with the best views from the dining room window, was like being in a fairy tale. Breakfast was great and in a fantastic location and the breakfast staff were very lovely. Perfect walking distance to everything, Castle, theatre, restaurants, shopping.

One of the best hotels we stayed at during our entire tour of Europe.
Hotel was clean, lovely rooms with very high ceilings, good
shower/bathroom and an excellent breakfast. Definitely our favorite
hotel breakfast from the whole trip. Also just around the corner from
Old Town Square & Astronomical Clock. -

The rooms were clean and very spacious and comfy. Also if you are thinking of stopping here then you could not ask for a better location as it is right in the heart of the centre, Old town square is only 30 seconds away and charles bridge 5 minutes.

Superb atmosphere & exceptionally stylish interior design (some may
find a bit dark & gloomy, but it's entirely a matter of taste,
it completely fits the name and the oriental trend of the hotel + it

Fantastic rooms. Great design. Very cool atmosphere. Great bathroom. Complimentary prosseco with breakfast. Those who commented on the lighting system being complicated may be a little technophobic. It was pretty simple and took no time at all to understand. This would rate as one of the best hotel experiences for us. They raise the level from Ritz Carlton and Shangri La on the basis of atmosphere and room design alone.

The staff made us feel more than welcome and were really helpful when we asked about surrounding attractions, places to eat etc. Beautiful room and facilities. Attractions close by but hotel a peaceful retreat. - this is a fantastic hotel - first class quality and service, charm, and close to everything in Prague. I would definitely stay here again

Loved this hotel! We have stayed at hotels all across Europe and these
beds were by far the best we have ever slept on! The staff was wonderful
and allowed us to have an early check in and late check out. They were
very accommodating for our 8 month old baby! Location was fabulous!

Staff were very friendly, helpful and there 24 hours a day at reception which was really good. The breakfast was nice and we got a glass of sparkling wine with it (it's never too early for wine)! The bed was comfortable, the room had a minibar, safe that was free to use and a hairdryer. The location was excellent and we also had free wifi!
