Staff were very friendly and helpful and even packed a simple breakfast for us as we had to check-out very early. Located quite centrally although it can get quite confusing with the connecting roads, but just look out for the "hanging man" (an art piece of a man hanging by his arm above the street just round the corner). This is a goldmine. Cant say enough nice things. Hate to say it as it may get so busy I wont be able to get a reservation the next time. 1/2 block from bus 22-23 tram stop which takes you straight downtown and to the castle. Transport is easily accessible: tram going directly to the city center and Prague Castle, subway only 5 minutes away. Friendly staff, very large and clean room. The room has a small kitchen well equipped. Large and clean bath with both shower and bath tub. Free internet access. I'd recommend this hotel anytime.

The one thing that really stood out about the apartment apart from it being lovely and spacious was it's location in the city. It was very close to the river and only a short walk away from both the old town square and St. Wencelas square. The castle was easily accessable by tram from just outside the apartment. It was a bit of a shame that it had obviously used by a number of heavy smokers previously, but overall we were very happy with the accommodation.

I stayed in Happy Prague apartments for two nights with my friend .
We were stayed in Apartment 2, which is just near the entrance door, but everything was superb in the apartment so we felt just like home. It has fully equipped kitchen, which helped me and my friend a lot. Cooking our breakfasts and having some tea --wonderful~. Our apartment is

1. the appartment really looked like in the pictures.
2. the communication with the appartment staff was uncomplicated. The staff was very helpful and it was no problem to arrive late at night.
3. it was no problem to leave the car in the private parking space even after check-out (for some sightseeing).
4. the appartment is REALLY good located.
5. nice restaurants, coffee houses (for breakfast) and bars nearby.

The man in the reception was really nice. The facilities are clean and quiet. It is in the city center , but is isolated of the noise. The breakfast was also good .In general , really nice -

The apartment we rented was very roomy. We were quite thrilled with it. The living room furniture was a little worn, but still in good condition. The proprietors were very attentive to our needs, friendly and helpful. We had almost everything we needed at our disposal, allowing us to relax and explore Prague.

Zlata Apartments are in a perfect location in Prague. Very close to old town square, yet on quiet, safe and quaint side street. Apartment was beautiful- tastefully decorated, clean as a pin, comfy bed/ couches, light and airy, stocked kitchen, great wi- fi access, etc. One of best parts was the service. Booking /attention to any request/ helpful advice & resources/ airport transport. She personally greeted us on arrival, periodically checked in throughout out stay

The transformation in this hotel has been spectacular over the past 20 years. I was amazed by its refurbishment, which has taken out of its Velvet Revolution era facade. Really comfortable place for relaxing and planning your next day. One of the hotel receptionists was exceptionally helpful in providing useful information -
