  The hotel location was excellent for sightseeing. The staff were very professional and upon check in gave all sorts of information not only about the hotel but about the city as well. I have never used the Best Western chain in Europe before but I certainly will in future. - Cleanliness of the room, nice and helpfull reception staff.   I like breakfast . There are plenty of fruits and vegetable . Some staffs are so nice and helpful . The location is OK for me. - The bed in our superior room was very comfortable. The bathroom was excellent and the temperature was always warm and pleasant.

  The location was excellent, it was in the old town and very close to everything. The apartment was very nicely decorated and very compfortable. We could also use all the facilities in the 5 star intercontinental hotel next to us. We stayed 5 nights but didn't book breakfast. It wasn't a big issue for us because we didn't really need it. The next night Pavel informed us that the saf - Very good location, related to Intercontinental hotel which is 10 meters away so can have all hotel services, friendly staff, clean room, good design, comfortable beds, good restaurant on the roof with nice view of the old town. Transfer to the airport with bmw 5 series at the price of regular taxi. We would definately go back and recommend to anyone going to Prague

The staff spoke English well enough that they understood our requests. The room was very comfortable with wing back chairs for sitting, large desk and comfortable beds. Air conditioning which was needed in an attic room was great. Plus they just opened a top deck for eating with a view over Prague. A little refrig was perfect; Trams close by.
