The staff are very considerate and friendly. Maybe I looked so exausted on the day I arrived, the lovely reception girl gave me a much bigger room for free with bathroom instead of the small one I booked(Thank you so much!). The next day, the sweet reception boy figured out many ways to help me shorten the time to airport(Thank you, too!)

Great location just behind Charles bridge !! Michel was very helpful and accommodating. Room was clean and very warm and bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom is very large and has a hair dryer, in the room was boiler to make tea and coffee, small fridge and seif. Breakfast was at small cafe front ot the hotel at Bohemian Bagel included.I w

Brilliant location just metres away from the historic Charles Bridge. Extremely quiet room, given the busy location. Very friendly welcome, and excellent service from the staff. Large and comfortable room.

Dean, the owner was super friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to communicate with him. The bathroom is new and well equipped. We would like to thank owners of Residence Thunovska.they are very kind and nice people.during are stay in Prague our car got broken and those people took our problem deeply and with understanding.First thing they did-they let us stay for additional 2 nights and NO PAYMENT was taken.Second-they helped us to arrange everything in order to fix our car.Personal thanks to Mr.Dean and Ms Irene. Great value for money. Clean apartment and hospitable staff. The taxi service arranged which was for an extra charge was effiecient and driver was friendly. - Room and facilities were beautiful (very nice bathroom andkitchen), walking distance from anywhere you would want to go incity, helpful staff

The apartment had an excellent location. It was very clean and convenient.
There was practically no internet connection however. The access was very slow. The router in the apartment was turned off and we used another one from a distance far away. -

The location is perfect! It just locates on the mountain where has the castle and many green trees.
The staff are nice and helpful, they helped us to find which tram we should take since the Charles Bridge was closed in the reason of flud:( But it's very close to the old town. just take 15-minute walk through another bridge.

We stayed at 10 mixed dorm but in fact it was two separate rooms for 5 ppl both. We had our separate bath and toilet for 10 ppl. Plus there were additional bath and toilet on the floor so we never had problems with having shower. In general there very much space and flowers in the corridors and a nice terrace on the top floor. It is in the very centry and each time you have nice chance to cross Charles bridge. and administration staff is great!!

Everything worked out just as planned. The owner already waited for us at the apartment and showed us the most interesting spots in prague on a map she provided for us. Toilets, bath and bed were very clean. The apartment is located right in the center of the old town. There are 3 good restaurants (not expensive) we visited nearby: Kabul -Afghan Restaurant, an Indian one, and the one left of the little catholic church that is right next to the apartment.
