All we can say is "Wow"! We had 6 adults and 2 children under
age 2 with us. The apartment at Malostranska Residence was over the top
for what we were hoping for. We loved it!

Nicole and her staff were extremely friendly and helpful the appt was beautiful inside very clean and well furnished the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was modern and spotless very well positioned for tourists highly reccommended. The weather was very wet and Nicole was so helpful in finding and booking suitable restaurant for us . The taxi transfer which she arranged was also first class and good value reliable . You can also reach the Old Town with a lovely 15 minute walk across Charles Bridge. The atmosphere of the hotel is very good with all the staff making you feel very special and welcome.

A superb hotel. The decoration, ambience, comfort and friendliness and efficiency of staff all made this a really memorable stay and one we would like to repeat sometime. even for us standards. It was exceptionally clean. The staff was not
just friendly but went out of their way to help us. Martin and Milan

We loved everything about the Alchymist. We had original booked at their sister hotel but because we were travelling in a group of four there wasn't enough room so the upgrade us to this hotel. All I can say the staff were excellent, I emailed on how do we get there from the train and they sent a driver to pick us up and it was complimentary. The

The rooms in 6th floor are marvelous and have unique view to the castle or the bridge. The staff was unexpectantly polite .
