Staff welcomed us at 1:20am after late flight and helped us settle in with warm drinks and extra blankets.
We also had a super room for the 4 of us in eaves.
Location was also great, just next to Charles Bridge, but still quiet.

Fantastic location, really central but not on a busy street. Walk to Charles Bridge in 5 minutes, great bars and restaurants around the corner. Huge apartment, everything we needed for a few days - and incredible value. Very clean. Friendly welcome folder. -

Since I like authenticity, original furniture and decent decor, I like this hotel. I love window in the bathroom, which they have. I do not care that this hotel does not have an elevator, breakfast is not so perfect and staff is small, services are not so important to me.

Wow! What a surprise this place was! In a good way that is. I wasn't expecting an entire apartment but that is what we got! It was beautiful and comfortable. Great location east to get to and from and around the city! We loved our short time here. And breakfast was brought to us each morning. A super place to stay!

The hotel is in a great location close to all the attractions and on a small quiet street. The rooms are freshly decorated and have new furniture and are very clean. The map issued when you book this hotel needs to be greatly improved. There are many small streets around this area and locals were not able to identify where the street (Liliova) was from the map we printed from letsbookhotel.com We spent over an hour walking trying to find the hotel and in the end had to get a taxi (who ripped us off!)

It was a top notch hotel that is extremely service oriented. Everyone is friendly helpful and there to make your experience in Prague a wonderful one. - Great hotel, great location ( close to all main attractions, but on a silent side street), fantastic breakfast and welcoming staff. Nicole and her staff were extremely friendly and helpful the appt was beautiful inside very clean and well furnished the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was modern and spotless very well positioned for tourists highly reccommended.
