The staff were incredibly hospitable and accommodating. We had a small problem with the room which was allocated to us and they immediately sorted the problem out for us, in a friendly and polite fashion.

Clean and fresh, good and prompt service - The most interesting hotel I've ever stayed in. Stayed in HoneymoonSuite and had our own Jacuzzi and whirlpool bath. Wonderful history anduniqueness about the hotel, great artwork and finish throughout.Excellent location at the foot of Prague castle. Spa and Wellness centrewas outstanding and again unique.

The location is excellent, walking distance to just about everything. Good restaurants, sight-seeing (the astronomical clock) shopping, metro and on-again/off again bus.
The hotel breakfast is also a wonderful way to start the day, as it a complete breakfast with lots to choice from. -

This is the very nice hotel. There are so kind staff, a breakfest is not bad, a big pretty room, everyday cleaning, etc. Important for turists it is a very good place. The many touristic objects are right there, just 5-10 minutes by walk.

The location is great, in the heart of the city but not in the crazy heart. You go up there is the castle you go down there is the Charl's bridge. On the way amazing restaurants very cheap and delicious. The beds are comfortable, bathroom is good. Close to the park where you can have picnic with the view to the city. Staff is very friendly.

The room was very comfortable with wing back chairs for sitting, large desk and comfortable beds. Air conditioning which was needed in an attic room was great. Plus they just opened a top deck for eating with a view over Prague. A little refrig was perfect; Trams close by.

The staff at the hotel were able to accommodate us at a moment's notice. The room was very spacious and comfortable, more of an apartment than a hotel room, with good facilities, friendly staff and a great location in central Prague; I would recommend it to anyone, particularly younger people looking to be in the middle of the city's nightlife. - W

The hotel is out of "old Prague" but only 15 - 20 minutes walk from Charles Bridge; which is why it is pretty good value. The rooms appeared quite new & most renovations of the building are done - except the courtyard. They now have a buffet breakfast which was very good in the downstairs restaurant. Owner's niece, the receptionist who works on weekends, is EXCELLENT and VERY helpful. She treated all my family's issues with great care and diligence and in a prompt manner. Hotel, even though under construction/renovation on street level for 2 more months, was a great place to stay (close by city and Charles bridge (2 tram stops away)) and had a wonderful restaurant in Rathskeller downstairs. Θεωρώ εξαιρετικά το προσωπικό και την παροχή υπηρεσιών, τα δωμάτια(άνεση, ησυχία, πολύ ζεστά!) και τους χώρους του ξενοδοχείου εν γένει, την τοποθεσία σε απόσταση αναπνοής από μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς (μετρό, τραμ, τραίνο), και, φυσικά, το πρωινό!! - ηταν σε κομβικο σημειο που μπορουσες ετσι με μεταφερθεις στη πολη με πολλα μεταφορικα μεσα.ηταν ανετ
