location of hotel - less than 100m from the nearest of the springs, and the river which flows through the old town. The room (316) was quiet and comfortable, and breakfast was fine (apart from the coffee). -
Staff was very friendly. Hotel has central location - just few meters from the natural springs. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Very nice and comfortable room, friendly staff - Very friendly hotel, great service. Rooms are antique funished. All staff were very friendly. Large comfortable and clean room. English overall are good. But remember english is their second language so they may need extra explaining. The restaurant's food was excellent and service was very good too.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at hotel Promenada. The rooms were very clean, the staff were very friendly and always willing to help, the hotel restaurant had delicious food and great service. This hotel is located right across the street from the main springs buidling, and on the main city street, a few yards walk to many restaurants, shops and other city attractions. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to get the most from their Karlovy Vary experience.

We went during the film festival. Location was great. You have to walk uphill on way back to the hotel, but it was not a problem (for a young couple) and you can use lots of bus lines which stop in front of the hotel. Room was bigger than expected, very clean, furniture was modern-ish and the staff was very friendly. The price is very cheap for th

Location is in a neighborhood close to non-touristy spots which is good!
Staff friendly, but couldn't tell if they were upset or happy with
us :) Go to "Verana Pub" close by, best in town! -
The landlady of the apartment come to pick us up from the bus station which gave us a big surprise. Good wi-fi and good services. We enjoyed our stay here.
