Everything! We had the 4 first floor rooms in the old house, wow, every room was full of vintage items and antiquities of all sorts, access to the garden too which would have been lovely if the weather had been kinder. The owner, Vincent, was there to help us check in and show us the
layout. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Nice beds and showers. The
breakfast was generous with great fruits and local pastries. And he has
on-site ample parking that was free. And best of all the location - it
is just outside the main entrance to the city. Helps to have a gps, but
it could not find the street number for some reason. I highly recommend
this hotel.

Location, location, location next to Castle and center of town. Large spacious room two windows overlooking street and castle. Kitchen a plus. Very picturesque; wood floor and ceiling and period furniture. Window have great views, overlooks the square can be noisy, but worth watching passing scenery. -

The staff were friendly and called a taxi for us and recommended a very
good restaurant. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. -

We enjoyed our stay at U Zamku very much. Petr was a most welcoming and friendly host, helping with parking on arrival and numerous other things during our stay. He even posted a tripod stand, which we had left behind, to our next hotel. The location is wonderful, right under the castle, the room was very clean and comfortable, the breakfasts very good. We liked a lot the location of the hotel. They were kind enough to provide us with a castle/river view room (number 2) which was very spacious and with very confortable beds and pillows. The shower pressure was perfect and the room was well equipped. The view from the room was indeed very romantique. -
